Posted via CB10This is really weird custm, as 403 errors should not even come into play when creating a new profile in Outlook (there's no web browser involved to display the 403 error). ill get it another go tomorrow.thanks for all the great ideas. It I get the other error I'll upload a screen shot.for now my account is unusable except for the web access. I after reading a post from twitter it seems my problem isn't isolated to me.
OK, after a few times deleting the old profile a creating a new one it's partially working but still getting a 403 error. Regarding your problem with Microsoft accounts: have you checked your settings to see if Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has somehow been triggered on your account? Also, if I may ask, is this a personal Microsoft e-mail account or is it a work account (possibly through Office 365)?
